    Question 1: Based on the audience's perceptions, what are the research-based must haves (needs) that will enable the district to progress forward and ultimately exit recovety monitoring? 

    • More robust services for Special Education students
    • More security (school police or hall monitors) especially after school hours
    • After school programs (intramural basketball programs, talent shows, etc.)
    • More churces involved in the school community
    • More security in the morning
    • Encouraging students to attend more programs within the community
    • Expand our schools to relieve the issue of overcrowding and violence
    • Office manager for the Athletic Department
    • Transportation for students

    • Obtain substantial property (supply building)
    • Transportation for students
    • Intramural programs for middle school students
    • Middle school teams
    • Create another child accounting position
    • Another HR Specialist (recruitment)
    • Hire 2 substitute services
    • Before school programs (daycare, etc.)
